Technical Support

  • There are several reasons why a PDF file will not open:

    • The preferred software for opening a PDF is Adobe Reader. Using a third-party reader doesn’t always work.

    • The files are compressed and saved to a zipped file. You must unzip the file before you can open the PDF. I elaborate more on this topic in a video tutorial on my YouTube channel.

    • If you are using a tablet or smartphone, you will need to download the free Adobe Reader to open the file. You can find it on your device’s app store.

    • Ensure that your device's operating system- desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone is up to date, as well as your Adobe Reader.

  • Here are the top solutions for printing issues:

    • Ensure that your devices, including the printer operating systems, are current.

    • Your printer's memory is either low or full, preventing it from printing. Check your printer’s instructions to resolve the issue.

Customer Support

  • As an independent designer, I love hearing from my clients, particularly when they need support or encounter any issues.

I remember the days of trying to figure out sewing instructions with generic illustrations and having to find another sewist to ask for help because there was no email, YouTube, or social media.

Your questions and comments will help me develop better products as well as a better sewing experience.

    Please email me at:

    kcollins@ann-normandy.com

I am always here to help and will respond within 24 - 48 hours.

  • Our patterns are tested, reviewed, and proofed by many sets of eyes, but mistakes can happen.

If you see an error, please drop me a note at kcollins@ann-normandy.com

    Thank you!
